The Skin:
Start with a clean, freshly moisturized face.
Blend foundation from center of face out slowly building coverage to desired intensity.
Lightly powder with powder brush.
The Eyes:
Shape brows (see Recipe for WOW Brows)
Apply eyeliner richly between top lashes. Wedge outer half of liner from the pupil out to the outer crease in a doorstop-shape.
Angle darkest blue eyeshadow from outer crease to inner corner of eye in over liner in a thicker door-stop shape.
Apply medium intensity blue shadow to rest of ball of eye.
Highlight crease of eye with sky blue color so that eye appears haloed by this shade when open.
Translucent powder or nothing on brow bone.
Line inside under eye generously.
Lavish on mascara, more thickly on outer lashes.
The Lips:
Outline lips with lip liner. Blend lipstick with lip brush onto lips and into lip liner. (light metallic gloss optional)
Cheeks:
Pop baby pink blush on cheek apple with blush brush.
Put on your jeans and go! |
